Her background includes 8 years as a phlebotomist and 10 years as a Home Health Aide, where she provided compassionate, dependable care to patients in both clinical and home settings. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and daily living needs of individuals requiring support.
In addition to her clinical experience, Malencia has served in leadership roles as a Supervisor and Team Leader, strengthening her skills in organization, communication, and quality service delivery. She is currently pursuing a degree in Health Administration, further enhancing her knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient-centered care. Her commitment to excellence and integrity serves as the foundation of the business.
